Avoiding Funding Pitfalls

Environmental Issues
Our experienced Church lending experts will help you and your
Church solve environmental issues in the least costly and time-consuming
manner as possible. We ask our borrowers to complete a Questionnaire
and Disclosure Statement regarding the history of the property and
will conduct a Data Search and Site Survey in order to save your
Church as much money as possible on an environmental study.

Appraisals

a loan-to-value requirement. An appraisal usually takes four weeks
to complete.
Loan Disbursement

to complete their construction project with minimal supervision.

to help keep the project on track and avoid construction cost overruns.
